How does the VraieScan work?
You take a quick selfie in even light, and Vraie's AI reads your skin — in your real tone — to estimate hydration, texture, clarity, and your focus areas, then builds a personalized AM/PM routine. The more consistent your lighting, the more comparable your progress over time.
Is Vraie built for my skin tone?
Yes — that's the whole point. Vraie is tuned to read deep, melanin-rich skin accurately, and it never lightens your tone. Every shade is welcome.
Managing your subscription & free trial
Vraie Annual starts with a 3-day free trial, then renews at $49.99/year. Prefer flexibility? Vraie Monthly is $9.99/month with no trial. Either renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage or cancel anytime from your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Vraie. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the period you've paid for.
Restoring a purchase
Got a new phone or reinstalled the app? Open Vraie and tap Restore purchases on the unlock screen to bring your membership back.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by the App Store, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account or data
You can delete your entire account from within the app (Vraie ID tab → account icon → Delete account), which permanently removes your associated data.
