These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vraie app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Cosmetic, not medical. Vraie is a cosmetic skincare tool for general skin-wellness goals. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. For any skin concern, consult a licensed dermatologist or physician.
The Service
Vraie provides AI-assisted cosmetic skin analysis, personalized skincare routines, an AI coach, and progress tracking. Results, previews, and recommendations are informational and cosmetic in nature, are illustrative, and individual outcomes vary. The "Your Potential" preview is an illustrative projection generated from your scan and is not a guarantee of any result.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Vraie, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Subscriptions, trials & payments
- Plans. Vraie offers an annual plan ($49.99/year) and a monthly plan ($9.99/month). Both include full access to scans, the System, the Coach, and the Journey.
- Free trial. The Vraie Annual plan begins with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $49.99 for the following year. The monthly plan does not include a trial.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically (yearly or monthly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through your app store account settings.
- Billing. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. You grant Vraie a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, generating your analysis, routine, and progress). See our Privacy Policy for details.
No medical advice; assumption of risk
The Service does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device. You are responsible for evaluating any product or routine for your own skin, including patch-testing and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vraie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
